When creating an account with HeartAfrika, you agree to:

Our risk assessments are informational tools designed to support, not replace, the relationship between you and your healthcare provider. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information obtained through HeartAfrika.

All payments are processed securely through Flutterwave. Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled.

All content, features, and functionality of HeartAfrika—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof—are the exclusive property of HeartAfrika and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HeartAfrika shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Any interruption or cessation of our services
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful code

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Non-payment of subscription fees
